Mr. Tran Anh Hieu is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Hanoi University of Science and Technology. After graduation, he joined Nissan Automotive Technology Vietnam, an R&D company within Nissan Motor, working in Automotive CAE. He has 25 years of CAE experience at Nissan in both Japan and Vietnam. He is currently Senior Manager of the Vehicle CAE Center at Nissan Automotive Technology Vietnam.

Dr. Do Hung Chien is a naval architecture scholar and R&D leader with over 25 years of teaching and research experience at the University of Transport Ho Chi Minh City. He holds a Ph.D. from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in China. His expertise covers structural strength, fatigue life, and ultimate strength of ships and offshore structures. He serves as Deputy Director of the Maritime Academy, leads the Naval Architecture Program, and is R&D Manager at Vimatec Engineering.

Brian is a senior business and technology executive with more than 30 years of experience in the manufacturing software industry. As Group Director for Korea, ASEAN, and the Pacific at Cadence, he leads regional business strategy and performance, helping organizations accelerate digital transformation through enterprise-scale simulation, data management, and digital engineering solutions. He works closely with customers, partners, and global teams to align technology innovation with business growth and market needs across the region.

Dr. Nguyen Hoang Khanh is an accomplished digital transformation leader and serial entrepreneur with leadership experience across both multinational corporations and agile startups. He has consistently driven the practical adoption of AI and digital technologies across industries, from deploying AI-enabled digital infrastructure for financial institutions to advancing industrial automation for leading automotive companies.

Nguyen Tien Dung is a Lead Application Engineer at Cadence, driving adoption of Cadence's simulation solutions across the Asia region. With 9 years of experience in CAE simulation, he works closely with leading automotive manufacturers to enable engineering teams to adopt and get the most from Cadence's simulation solutions in their workflows.

M.Sc. Dang Minh Quang is responsible for Technical Support for ALM, PLM, CAD/CREO, and engineering simulation solutions. He supports customers with troubleshooting, deployment, and software optimization, helping ensure that technical solutions operate reliably and efficiently while aligning with real-world workflows.

Dhanasekar Venkatesan is a business development leader with 23+ years of experience across Automotive, Aerospace, Defense, and Machinery. He is working with leading OEMs and engineering organizations on simulation-driven product development and virtual validation. His expertise spans vehicle dynamics, multibody dynamics, ADAS and autonomous validation, and digital engineering workflows across the broader Cadence simulation portfolio. Prior to his current role, he held a global OEM role at Stellantis, supporting brands including Chrysler, Jeep, and Maserati with virtual analysis. He is passionate about helping organizations transform physical testing and traditional engineering processes into scalable, simulation-driven development workflows.

Dr. Tony Dong is based in Melbourne, Australia, and holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering. He has 26 years of industry experience with a strong R&D background. His expertise includes structural FEA modeling and manufacturing process modeling. He currently supports Cadence customers across ANZ and ASEAN in adopting physics-based simulation solutions for Industry 4.0. He also works closely with Australian universities to support academic research and has co-authored four high-quality papers over the past three years, including one published in Nature.

Patchai is an experienced professional in Engineering Software, Digital Engineering, and Business Development, with more than 10 years of experience in the engineering technology industry. Throughout his career, he has worked extensively across engineering solutions throughout the product development lifecycle — from CAD and CAM for design and manufacturing, to Engineering Simulation, 3D printing, and 3D scanning and inspection. His experience enables him to understand both the technical and business perspectives of engineering technology, helping customers and technology partners leverage these solutions to drive innovation and business growth. He has worked with leading global engineering technology companies and has extensive experience connecting technology, business strategy, and industry needs.
